Unicorn Talent was founded in 2019 by Eric Guidice and Scott Eichengrun after identifying a need for growth companies to have access to a system of recruiting that is cost effective and culturally sustainable. Eric’s experience leading teams in companies with world class process and data, combined with Scott’s technical consulting expertise created a duo that could most quickly prepare scaling companies for the headcount growth ahead.

Scott Eichengrun
Head of Consulting Strategy
Scott is a consulting leader and entrepreneur with a track record of success executing change within large enterprise organizations and early-stage startups. Prior to his role within Unicorn Talent, Scott built a 20+ person consulting organization responsible for all phases of the client lifecycle at AppNexus. Scott has extensive experience designing, implementing, and scaling highly effective processes and technology solutions.
Prior to AppNexus, Scott has experience leading teams focused on operations, process & system implementation, and change management. Scott is also the founder of the 501c3 organization Moments, which provided free photography classes and education to underrepresented groups in New York City.
Eric Guidice
Head of Talent Strategy
Eric is a recruiting leader with a track record of building diverse teams in hyper-growth environments. Prior to his role within Unicorn Talent, Eric led the Talent function at Bird Rides, a scooter sharing platform that grew from a $15 million to $2 billion valuation within a year. At Bird Rides, Eric grew the Talent team from 1 to 30 employees, while hiring over 750 people in the first year. Prior to Bird Rides, Eric has held leadership roles inside the Talent functions of several billion dollar startups like Uber, TravelClick, and others.
Eric and the Unicorn Talent playbook also power a 501c3organization Talent Bootcamp, a 12 week intensive course that gives underrepresented groups a path into the tech industry through talent acquisition.
